My summer holidays (at least this portion - I have another week off at the end of July) are almost over - I'm now counting in hours. I haven't spent all of the time asleep though (just most of it - and I have the lobster skin and heat rash to prove it.) Pretty.
I finished a short story Postcard Wings above Blackpool Sands which I sent off to a not-so-secret place, and I'm midway through the second-second draft of a time travel short, A World of Cardboard Houses. Struggling with that one.
And that is it, back to snoreville.

Sounds like you had a productive and yet relaxing week. Good luck on the stories, and the sunburn. I recommend aloe for the latter. I don't know that aloe helps with writing. Maybe it does!
Maybe it does indeed.
Hope you managed to collect those pages off the lawn. The first day back to work is the worst...
Alan, I figured I'd leave them there and then use it as an excuse to leave work early. I have to rescue my papers!!!
I don't even want to think about going back to my real job...
Time travel can be oh-so-tricky. Best of luck sorting that one out.
Ah, holidays, how I wish I had me some. Enjoy the remainder of yours.
AH productive weekends...I have missed you!
That chair looked inviting. Maybe that is what I need for my writing, a better lawn chair. Good luck with the whole worky thing.
I absolutely love the titles you come up with for your stories. LOVE! ;-)
You must have ages left of your holiday, Aaron. At least, I hope you do.
Danielle, it's all gone now. :(
Barry, right now I'm missing my deckchair.
Thanks, Jamie.
Double thanks, Anthony :D
