The end of the world is nigh...
I've just finished part four of 'Theatre of Curious Acts', titled 'Monstrous Interlude'. It's an interlude (ahem!) from the main action that explains the origins of a monster introduced in part one. It felt like cheating - working on a longer work, but in essence constructing a short. Now it's time to move onto the final part, 'Anticipating Pitchforks', which needs the most work and a new ending. My ending stinks.
Besides the above and brief interludes of twittering, I've been working on a new short (In Silence We Stalk) that may prove to be a long short, and which does not resemble the plan I'd outlined at all. You see a little girl arrived at her aunt's when she wasn't supposed to be there and now my original plan doesn't work at all. But how can a writer turn her away when she brings so much trouble with her.

Congrats for finishing section 4! It's not cheating if it's part of a larger story arc. Just think of it as writing an episode instead of a chapter.
Thanks, KC.
Sounds like a productive day to me!
You're easily fooled. :')
I have to tell you, I've been excited to hear more about this story. If you ever need a reader, it sounds like something i'd enjoy very much. If not, I'll just wait until it sees print. Which it most certainly shall!
You've done it now, Jeremy.
My new belief: All plans will change. ;)
And some. :)
