The Coffin Factory

I believe everything in a book has a purpose even if you don't understand what that purpose is at the beginning. I just discovered why my theatre is located next door to a coffin factory - cool!

Current Word Count:

Theatre of Curious Acts - NaNoWriMo
39,140 / 50,000 (78.28%)

Nice...that's about as sinister a set-up as could be imagined.

It's almost like the realtor planned it that way...(Bill's n' Bubba's Realtors: "We're the Red Coat Guys!")

It's as if the book knows what it should be before you do.

Best description I've heard is that it's like uncovering a fossil...you find a toe bone sticking up out of the ground, and the author's job is to get out the shovels and trowels and brushes and Q-tips and uncover the rest.

Discovering spandrels in your work is always fun.

Sounds cool. Maybe this will be the one! I know a lot of people cracking into NaNoWriMo and I'm jealous -big time. I had an idea for a 20k novella, but as usual time ran away with me.

Cheers
Rich

Oh, awesome! I can't imagine a better detail!

And you've outstripped my word count again, I see, and here I was all proud of myself. Darn it, slow down! :)
