Some people post pictures of fabulous firework displays, while others find that their bonfire night photographs are more odd than spectacular – let me present ‘Cate’s Digital Camera’s View of the Night Skies of November 5th’:
This piece is entitled: Two Horses Running Through the Surf
Here we Have: The Old Man with the Wild Hair & His Walking Stick
Follow the Irradiated Road
Check out those Sixes: The Devil’s Mark
Fat Woman Drunk at Mardi Gras

"The Beard of St. Nicholas"...I think you should submit that one to The Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster ...it appears you have a bona fide FSM sighting there. You, Cate, have been touched by His Noodly Appendage.
Ramen.
I especially like 'Fat woman at Mardi Gras' very surreal.
Self portrait. :)
I don't believe that for a minute.
Pastafarians Unite!!
Ahem.
Looks like bonfire night was great fun. These are too cool-- I particularly like The Devil's Mark. :D
I'm particularly worried about the Devil's Mark - especially with it falling over my street. ;)
That is SO cool. I will never look at fireworks the same way again.
Then my mission is accomplished.
Very nice! I think my favourites are the Two Horses Running and the Fat woman at Mardi-Gras :-)
Cool pics! Love the titles!
Laura - my favourite is the two horses too.
Cheers, Kelly.
I kept waiting for one of them to look sexual. Can you tell I'm a Freudian?
Well there was one of two naked Asian men, but I didn't think anyone would be interested in that. :D
Great photos!! I love the first three, and particularly Two Horses. They’d make fabulous Happy Bonfire Night cards!
I think Follow the Irradiated Road is my favorite. You could make it into one of those inspirational posters. Very cool pix!
Don't worry about the Devil's Mark. You were viewing it upside down. Those were 9's. :)
Mary & KC - I feel a new career on the horizon. ;)
Shadow - still convinced someone around here is evil. ;)
I bet if you tried to repeat those pics - you never could.
It would be worth a shot.
Great pics! Our fireworks all look the same around here...or so I think...The next time we have fireworks in my area, I may have to get the camera out and see if the pictures tell a different story...
These are amazing, simply put.
Kim, I've thought about getting the camera out again on New Years Eve, though I'm certain I won't be as lucky.
Ooh, take some photos next time and put them on your blog, Brenda. We'll decipher the hidden messages in our skies. :)
Cheers, Barry.
LOL! love em! :0)
